This was hands down one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a food truck. From start to finish, everything was top-tier. The crab rangoon I had here was the best I’ve ever had. You can immediately tell they’re passionate about their food and truly care about their business. The service was outstanding, super friendly and welcoming, and the truck itself looked brand new — spotless and clearly well-maintained. If you haven’t tried this place yet, you’re missing out.

I have had 2 meals there now in the past week. They're very friendly and remembered me even after having only been there once prior to tonight, only 1 week ago. Last week I had the grilled pork sandwich and tonight I had the grilled chicken sandwich and had a chance to try their egg roll. Their sandwiches are more than enough to make a full meal with generous portions of meat. Full of flavor and fresh vegetables, I couldn't put it down after I started eating. I had planned on only eating half and saving the other half for lunch but it just tasted too good to stop eating. I'll be trying their grilled pork rice bowl next week and expect it to blow me away like their sandwiches have. The prices here are low enough to bring the family. Thank you Yummy Pho for coming to Belton.

Best pho I have ever tasted and I have had a few. The bowls we filled to the brim and everything was made fresh and just perfect. The egg rolls and the spring roll are to die for literally....like I was expecting average everything! But like the first bite was a whole trip itself. Everything was amazing the lady that made my food is amazing and I am so happy that we have a pho truck in Belton. Everything about tonight's dinner was worth every penny I had left. Definitely coming back again for a time of the month soup pick me up

Yummy Pho Food Truck is a gem. We are so happy to have found it next to the Hyvee in Belton. The food was fresh, flavorful, and honestly some of the best I’ve had in KC. The chicken bánh mì and spring rolls were our favorites, but the pork bánh mì and crab rangoon were also excellent. I’d genuinely say it’s the best bánh mì I’ve had in Kansas City. The owner is super friendly, and the trailer is spotless—it’s clear she takes a lot of pride in her business. Prices are great too. Highly recommend!

Absolutely LOVE this food truck! We go there whenever we're in the area, and she always remembers me! A cute couple, and always super friendly! Hands down the best crab rangoon I've had. So flaky! The pork Banh Mi is delicious! So much meat and so tender! My son and hubby like the chicken. They do events, so you might check Google and/or their social media if youre going out of your way, to make sure they're there. If you're in the Belton area, and see them between HyVee and the Belton 8, stop and try something! You won't regret it!

If you're looking for a genuine pho place... Go here! The amount of love and passion that goes into every dish shows. I love coming here for a multitude of reasons. I absolutely love the owners! Call me a creature of habit, but she remembers me and what I order every single time I show up with the biggest and friendliest smile on her face, she's seriously the most sweetest person I've had the pleasure of meeting in a very long time. Their chicken pho is an absolute work of art! Look at this beautiful delicious masterpiece . If you're looking for pho, go see them! You won't regret it!! *wanted to add that their crab rangoons and beef pho are also amazing!* I haven't had the chance to order any other menu items yet but after reading all their reviews I'm looking forward to trying everything else at least once! This is one of our favorite places to get dinner in Belton. The pho, banh mi, and rice bowl are great. All the meats are flavorful and tender. I'd love to try the tofu some time. I really like the flavor of the chicken in the rice bowl. The staff is so friendly and kind. It's always a joy to stop at this truck.
